If you desire more individual instruction aimed at meeting your individual and sport needs, the Lightning Fast Private/Semi-Private program is for you.

Whether you’re a middle school, high school or Elite level athlete, the initial session includes the following:

  • A comprehensive movement screen;
  • An athletic fitness assessment; and
  • Goal setting session aimed at identifying areas of improvement to meet your specific individual and sport needs.

The sessions are conducted at The King’s Academy in Sunnyvale, CA.

Depending on your specific goals and needs a typical training sessions may target strength development, speed and agility, mobility, mindset training and more…

To get results that extend to the playing field, we recommend a minimum of 10 Personal Training sessions to accomplish a significant improvement in speed, strength, power, and reaction time.
